Where I have lived:

• I was born in Shiraz, Iran, and lived there with my parents, Shahla Habibi and Najafali Karimian and my brother Pooya until I was 18.
• I spent most of the next 7 years in Tehran, studying.
• After marrying my husband Alireza I moved to New Haven, CT,USA, where we lived for 3 years.
• We now live in Princeton, NJ. Alireza has a postdoc position in Princeton University and Institute for Advanced Study.
• Now it gets a little complicated. Since September 2007, I have moved to Ithaca, NY for one year to finish my studies here in Cornell.

Where and what I have studied:

• My elementary school was Abooreihan Elementary School.
• Then I went to Farzanegan School for middle school and high school. Our school was a branch of the system of schools known as National Organization for Developement of Exceptional Talents, (page in Persian).
• I got my B.S. (in Mathematics) and M.S. (in Computer Scinece) in Sharif University of Technology.
• I am now studying for my MEng. degree in Computer Science in Cornell University.

Only Some Words: This is my blog, in Persian. I have been writing for 6 years and 8 months .
Let's Learn Farsi (Persian): This is a series of lessons for learning Persian. It has a more grammatical approach. My plan is to add lessons based on daily conversations.
Since 2003 Book List:I really enjoy reading. Most of the books I have read are in Persian, which are not included in this list.
